Performance Tracking Specialist
About The Position
The Performance Tracking Specialist supports continuous quality improvement by analyzing information from multiple sources, including performance, financial, and demographic data. The role monitors the database used to track placements and develops procedure manuals for placement tracking. It produces monthly reports comparing placements across sites with contract requirements and reported retention milestones, as well as quarterly findings reports and a corrective action log. The specialist also provides guidance and leadership to managers and supervisors and submits weekly performance reports to the leadership team as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience analyzing data and producing reports, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience conducting training on policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy when preparing and entering information.
Responsibilities

- Produce monthly reports analyzing placements at various sites against contract requirements and reported retention milestones.
- Produce quarterly reports of findings and maintain a corrective action log.

- Provide weekly performance reports to the leadership team as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
