Performance Tracking Specialist
About The Position
The Performance Tracking Specialist is responsible for continuous quality improvement through ongoing analysis of performance, financial, and demographic information from a variety of sources. The role monitors the database used to track placements and develops procedure manuals for placement tracking. It produces monthly reports comparing placements across sites with contract requirements and reporting retention milestones for each site, as well as quarterly findings reports and a corrective action log. The specialist provides guidance and leadership to managers and supervisors and provides weekly performance reports to the leadership team as assigned. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience analyzing data and producing reports, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience conducting training on policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy when preparing and entering information.
