About The Position
The Order Tracking Specialist is an essential component of the certified agency team and is responsible for obtaining signed 485’s from MDs.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Experience with customer service.
- Experience with high-volume coordination.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Candidates speaking Spanish, Creole, Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian, Bengali, or Hindu are accepted.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with 485’s.
- Home care experience or CHHA experience.
