Sundae is seeking a data-driven, execution-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to own and optimize the company's lead generation efforts across paid and offline acquisition channels. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and improving marketing campaigns that drive qualified homeowner opportunities for Sundae members. The manager will oversee channel performance across Google PPC, Meta, Direct Mail, TV/CTV, and emerging acquisition channels, continuously testing new strategies to enhance lead volume, lead quality, and cost efficiency. Success requires balancing lead quantity, lead quality, and return on investment to support profitable member growth. This is a hands-on operator role, not an agency management or strategy position, requiring a highly analytical candidate who can execute and optimize independently and build scalable growth programs. The role involves close collaboration with sales, revenue operations, creative teams, and external partners to ensure marketing investments deliver measurable business impact.
