About The Position

Primacorp is hiring a Performance Marketing Copywriter to drive high-performance digital advertising and lead generation across multiple college brands and owned businesses. This role blends creative copywriting with data-driven performance marketing. You’ll create conversion-focused content for paid media campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, while optimizing landing pages to improve conversion rates and revenue growth. This is an in-office position at our New Westminster, BC, head office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–3+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media content, and lead generation
  • Proven portfolio of ad copy for Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube
  • Hands-on experience creating and optimizing landing pages for paid campaigns
  • Strong direct-response and conversion copywriting skills
  • Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and digital analytics
  • Ability to write across formats: short-form social ads, video scripts, long-form blog content
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and editing skills
  • Comfortable working with CMS platforms and landing page builders

Responsibilities

  • Write high-converting ad copy for paid channels, including Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube
  • Develop creative concepts and scripts for short-form and video-based ads
  • Adapt messaging for different platforms, funnels, and audience segments
  • Create and optimize landing page copy aligned to paid traffic
  • Improve conversion rates through persuasive messaging and clear calls-to-action
  • Ensure message match between ads and landing pages
  • Build and manage A/B tests for ad creatives, headlines, CTAs, and landing pages
  • Analyze results and scale winning content across campaigns
  • Continuously improve lead generation performance
  • Monitor ad and landing page performance using tools like Google Analytics and native ad platform insights
  • Translate performance data into actionable content improvements
  • Identify underperforming assets and optimize or replace them
  • Support website content updates across multiple business brands
  • Ensure SEO best practices are followed for educational and marketing content
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and UX across digital properties
  • Research and write SEO-friendly blog posts and education-focused content
  • Develop authoritative articles to support PR, brand credibility, and organic growth
  • Partner with media buyers, designers, videographers, and marketing leadership
  • Support rapid content production for campaign launches and promotions
