About The Position

Crowe’s Performance Improvement practice helps clients improve profitability by addressing supply chain, procurement and sourcing, supplier management and development, and operational challenges. The team develops executable improvement plans, aligns stakeholders, quantifies the financial value of improvements, and partners with clients to capture that value. The Senior Consultant leads aspects of strategic sourcing engagements, including developing global supply and category strategies, competitive sourcing initiatives, and procurement transformations, as well as logistics and operational excellence work. The role owns a single client challenge at a time, working mostly independently to drive operational and financial results. Client work is primarily onsite and requires travel 95% of the time, Sunday through Thursday, for more than 45 weeks per year, with no flexibility on this requirement. The primary focus is strategic sourcing. Responsibilities span assessments, analytics, category strategy development, stakeholder facilitation, executive reporting, and leading delivery workstreams through negotiations, award recommendations, and implementation. Consultants may also work on logistics or broader operational and supply chain transformation engagements across diverse industries. Crowe expects employees to uphold its values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship and to act ethically and with integrity.
