About The Position

The Supply Chain Optimization Manager supports cross-functional process improvement initiatives by partnering with merchandising, store operations, and information systems to identify root causes and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. The role also executes project management activities to support successful delivery of process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Ability to identify drivers of operational issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and process mapping skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and support implementation of process improvements.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or industrial engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Three to five years of industrial engineering, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, and/or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute cross-functional projects that deliver significant value; support defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables; coordinate and follow up to ensure milestones are met (30%).
• Support identifying, evaluating, and implementing process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness; contribute to process reviews and improvement initiatives that support business performance (25%).
• Gather data, conduct root cause analysis, and evaluate performance trends to identify process improvement opportunities; recommend actionable solutions to improve productivity and operational outcomes (25%).
• Partner with supply chain, store operations, merchandising, and department leadership to develop and deploy process improvement initiatives; collaborate with IT, finance, and other support functions to support implementation and remove barriers to execution (20%).
