The Manager, Performance & Commerce Media will support the planning, execution, and optimization of comprehensive digital commerce and performance media strategies across our Earned, Shared, Owned & Paid model, marketplace platforms and brand activations. This position ensures tight integration between brand planning and commerce execution, serving as a digital commerce subject matter expert to maximize performance across digital environments. Working cross‑functionally with Brand, Media, Shopper Marketing, Sales, Insights & Analytics and agency partners, this role drives marketplace performance, reporting, and growth. This role will promote our Commerce Media COE, integrating e-commerce strategy, data and execution, equally comfortable shaping long-term vision and managing day-to-day performance. A relationship builder who can influence cross-functional teams, maintain relationships with retail partners, navigate complexity and champion new ways of working. A proactive problem‑solver with the curiosity to explore emerging platforms and the drive to transform insights into action.
