Requirements

  • 5-7+ years managing full-funnel performance media campaigns, with a track record of helping grow an online/digital brand.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience managing Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Online Video campaigns, coupled with strong Martech savvy and a thirst for digital innovation.
  • Highly organized, proactive, solution-driven, and a quick learner with an excellent aptitude for relationship building and collaboration.
  • Up-to-date on digital trends with the ability to apply educated recommendations and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, highly competitive market.
  • You are proactive and learn quickly.
  • You’ve help to the success of growing an online/digital business
  • You are savvy about technology, Martech and thirsty about innovation

Responsibilities

  • Own media planning, the media budget, forecasting, and the media operations roadmap.
  • Continuously test, optimize, and allocate budgets across the media mix to drive conversions and uncover new growth levers.
  • Work with our media agency and internal teams (Product, Brand, Data-Science, Creative, etc.) to build and deploy 360-degree media strategies and bridge the gap between "gorgeous ads" and "high-converting assets".
  • Act as a storyteller who translates complex media and attribution data into actionable business insights.
  • Ensure every dollar spent is tracked via a technical command of GTM and analytics.
  • Share wins and "productive failures" while continuously leaning into new business needs and growth opportunities.
