Requirements

  • University or college degree, preferably in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in planning across all national media channels.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in team supervision is an asset.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Vividata, Comscore, Nlogic, etc.
  • Good understanding of programmatic advertising, paid social, and/or PPC/SEM (Google Ads, META, DV360, or equivalent).
  • Excellent mastery of Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is an asset.
  • Excellent skills in French, both written and oral (English bilingualism is an asset).
  • Strong interest in digital and new technologies.
  • Curiosity and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Leadership, team spirit, and coaching skills.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking.
  • Organization, priority management, and ability to perform under tight deadlines.
  • Flexible, open to feedback, and sociable

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day client relationships by positioning yourself as a reliable and highly responsive partner for all their projects.
  • Take full responsibility for budget reporting, the invoicing process, and time management reports (on a monthly basis).
  • Collect and analyze market data to gather relevant insights.
  • Identify target audiences and understand their behavior and habits.
  • Determine the best media mix for our campaigns.
  • Optimize advertising campaigns based on geographic exposure, frequency, duration, etc.
  • Allocate budgets and monitor costs.
  • Track trends in online and offline media (TV shows, magazines, blogs, radio programs).
  • Evaluate the success of media strategies and campaigns.
  • Support team members in their duties and professional growth.
  • Contribute to the continuous training of the strategy team.
  • Manage daily team workloads (facilitating weekly status meetings, touchbases with team members).
  • Improve team workflows to generate more added value for our strategic expertise.
