This detail-oriented and highly organized position supports the seamless integration of new hires into our organization, providing a best-in-class onboarding experience. In this role, you will work with multiple systems such as UKG and Salesforce to manage and facilitate the completion of pre-boarding paperwork and ensure all new hire data is accurately entered into our HRIS system. You will serve as a primary point of contact for cross-functional teams during the pre-boarding phase and ensure these teams and new hires have the information and tools they need to begin their employment journey with us. This role is critical to ensuring a positive first impression and smooth start for new hires, which supports overall retention and engagement. This is a temporary role anticipated to last approximately 6 months. This is a virtual, work-from-home opportunity.
