The People Experience Operations & Programs Lead supports the execution and continuous improvement of employee experience at Barnard College through the effective delivery of talent acquisition, onboarding, systems, and people programs. Reporting to the Associate Director, People Experience, this role focuses on operational excellence, process improvement, and program execution, ensuring that HR initiatives are implemented efficiently and consistently across the College. This position serves as a key partner in translating People Experience strategy into action by owning day-to-day operations across recruiting, onboarding, and HR systems (Workday), while supporting broader initiatives related to engagement and employee communications.
