This role reports directly to the VP of People and owns the highest-priority initiatives across the People organization. It sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution, driving work that directly impacts talent density, organizational performance, and how the company scales. You’ll operate as an embedded operator with full context and real accountability. You are not coordinating work or making recommendations from the sidelines. You are defining problems, building solutions, and driving them through to execution. If you’re coming from consulting or a strategy role, this is the shift from advising to owning.
