Requirements

At least 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, Talent Development, Organisational Development, or People & Culture leadership
Experience supporting employee growth, coaching, or workforce strategy initiatives
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Confidence using digital tools and remote collaboration platforms
A high level of professionalism, accountability, and self-direction
Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada
