ezCater is seeking a People Compliance Lead to join their People Operations & Systems team. This is a remote, dedicated role responsible for designing, operationalizing, and continuously improving programs, controls, and policies to ensure workforce management compliance and audit readiness. The Lead will report to the Senior Manager of People Operations & Systems and collaborate with various cross-functional teams including People, Legal, and IT & Security. The role involves proactively identifying risks, monitoring changes in employment laws and best practices nationwide, and prioritizing initiatives to maintain compliance. The position aims to bridge policy and practice, ensuring ezCater stays ahead of emerging requirements while enabling a positive employee experience.
