About the position
PartnerStack is seeking a candidate to join their team as a People and Culture Coordinator. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for supporting the Talent Team in providing an exceptional candidate experience, managing end-to-end processes, and championing the company's brand and processes. The candidate will also be responsible for HRIS administration, managing the HR inbox, and ensuring an incredible in-office experience for employees. This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days a week in the office and offers the opportunity to work on special projects with the Director of People.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Talent Team to provide an incredible candidate experience
- Support the Talent Team with end-to-end processes such as phone screening, scheduling, and offer administration
- Champion the company's brand and processes
- Support HRIS administration
- Manage the HR inbox
- Ensure an incredible in-office experience for employees
- Own the relationship with in-office suppliers and facilities
- Work on special projects with the Director of People
- Have 1+ years of experience within a People and Culture team
- Show interest in Talent Acquisition
- Have experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced startup
- Manage processes and vendors
- Pay high attention to detail in both people and processes
- Champion People and Culture
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience within a People and Culture team
- An interest in Talent Acquisition
- Experience working within a dynamic and fast-paced start-up

- Ability to work 3 days a week in the office
