About the position

PartnerStack is seeking a candidate who is passionate about working closely with partners to maximize the value they receive from their partnerships. The role involves managing a book of business consisting of partners within the PartnerStack network, providing strategic consultation on best practices for growth, driving adoption and engagement, and expanding business by coaching partners to join additional programs. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer success or related roles, a strong understanding of the SaaS industry, and the ability to build relationships and provide exceptional service. Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business consisting of partners within the PartnerStack network
  • Provide strategic consultation on best practices to influence growth
  • Enable product & network adoption and engagement for different partner segmentation
  • Drive adoption by demonstrating partner successes to date and future opportunities
  • Identifying any risks to partners and advocating on behalf of the partners internally
  • Expanding business by coaching partners to join additional programs in the PartnerStack marketplace
  • Providing an exceptional level of service that turns partners into advocates

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in customer success, program channel, customer experience or related roles
  • Understanding of SaaS business and interest in keeping up with the industry
  • Ability to build relationships and cultivate positive client experiences
  • Focus on providing value to clients in new and effective ways
  • Creative problem-solving mindset and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn on the job
