About The Position

The People & Culture Coordinator supports the employee experience by fostering a culture of care and providing administrative and operational support for Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i, Sensei Lāna’i, and other Four Seasons Lāna’i entities. The role is a key resource for employees, applicants, and vendors, providing professional, efficient service while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The position requires legal work authorization in the United States and a Hawaii Driver’s License to travel between resort locations. Scheduled days and times may vary according to operational needs; weekend and holiday availability is required.

Requirements

• Legal work authorization in the United States.
• Availability to work scheduled days and times that may vary based on need, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and push or pull as needed during shifts.
• A Hawaii Driver’s License to drive between resort locations.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and accuracy skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and technology to support daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees, applicants, and vendors, providing professional support, maintaining confidentiality, and handling People & Culture inquiries.
• Maintain employee records, manage department communications, and coordinate daily office operations.
• Support employee communications through bulletin boards, digital platforms, and other engagement channels.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding, including background checks, employment documentation, Workday transactions, and new-hire processing.
• Coordinate employee recognition, engagement programs, and special events to promote a positive workplace culture.
