About The Position

Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring Pelvic Health Physical Therapists for its outpatient pelvic health specialty clinic in Franklin, Tennessee. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options are available, including opportunities for new graduates. The clinic serves a diverse pelvic health population and provides individualized treatment plans in a supportive, collaborative environment focused on clinical excellence, continuing education, and professional growth. Clinicians develop evidence-based care plans, deliver outcomes-driven therapy, collaborate with colleagues, build connections with patients and local providers, and continue developing through Upstream’s education programs. The organization offers structured onboarding and a gradual 12-week ramp-up for new graduates, a 12-month one-on-one mentorship program, and an in-house 18-month Pelvic Health Development Program. Upstream also provides administrative support and technology intended to reduce documentation burden.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
Active or pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain one.
Experience or training in pelvic floor evaluation, treatment, and patient education using evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
