About The Position

Proficio Therapy Services is hiring a part-time Pediatric Therapy Clinic Aide in Pleasanton, California. The aide supports pediatric occupational and speech therapists by helping patients move through the clinic, assisting with therapeutic exercises, and setting up and breaking down activities. The role also includes cleaning, copying, answering phones, scheduling, and other office tasks. The position is 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 1:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., and pays $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

• College or associate degree in Health Sciences, Kinesiology, or a similarly related field.
• Planned enrollment to pursue a degree in allied health.
• Previous experience working with children.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to take direction and follow through with tasks.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to task priorities.
• Good customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills, including proper oral and written English.
• Friendly, intelligent, highly professional, organized, reliable, accountable, energetic, ethical, and a team player.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities
