Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist
About The Position
Ivy Health is seeking an outpatient pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join its dedicated pediatric team in Michigan. The clinician works with children from birth through age 21, providing individualized, one-to-one treatment and customized plans of care. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can support treatment goals and practice skills and home exercises in everyday life. The role offers opportunities for multidisciplinary collaboration, mentorship, professional growth, and clinical autonomy. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
- Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the respective state.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient speech-language pathology care to pediatric patients from birth through age 21.
- Deliver individualized, one-to-one treatment and develop customized plans of care.
- Encourage parents and caregivers to participate in sessions and support treatment skills and home exercises in daily life.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teammates to support patient care and outcomes.
