Requirements

Active, unrestricted Speech-Language Pathologist license in Texas.

Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in patients’ homes and communities.
Perform evaluations and assessments and monitor patient progress.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
Educate and empower families and caregivers to support carryover in daily routines.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
Document care in an electronic medical record system.
Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
