About The Position

Castor Home Health Solutions is hiring an RN or LPN to provide one-to-one nursing care for a young child in Rockford, Illinois. This full-time day shift position offers the opportunity to focus on one patient, build a relationship with the child and family, and provide individualized, attentive care. The case is described as consistent and long-term. Paid hands-on training and 24/7 clinical support are provided.

Requirements

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Dependable and compassionate approach to care.
• Comfort working one-on-one with a young pediatric patient.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care as ordered.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor the patient's condition throughout the shift.
• Follow the individualized plan of care.
• Communicate with the family and Castor clinical team.
• Complete required nursing documentation.
• Provide compassionate, age-appropriate care.
