About The Position

BAYADA Pediatrics is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide one-to-one home care for children in the Winston-Salem and Greensboro metro area. Nurses support clients in the comfort of their homes and receive weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and support from a clinical team. The offices serve adult and pediatric clients throughout the Piedmont Triad Area. The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities, with daytime, evening, and overnight shifts in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour lengths. Weekend work is not generally required. A premium night-shift option pays a flat rate of $35 per hour and requires a T/V case, one weekend shift per month, and one holiday per year, selected by the nurse. Other advertised pay is $28–$34 per hour in the Piedmont Triad Area, including weekend and overnight differentials. Commitment bonuses of $5,000–$10,000 and fast-track bonuses are also offered. BAYADA provides onboarding tailored to the nurse’s availability, personalized paid training including SIM labs, skill-building for varied client needs and acuity levels, 24/7 clinical support, ongoing mentorship, and electronic charting through Statewise. Applicants need an active North Carolina LPN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
