About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide one-to-one pediatric care in Asheboro and surrounding areas in North Carolina’s Piedmont Triad. The role involves supporting children in their homes and helping them feel safe, supported, and cared for. Nurses may provide care to clients of different ages and acuity levels. The position offers flexible scheduling with daytime, evening, and overnight shifts in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour lengths, and no weekend requirement. The employer describes paid onboarding and training, including SIM labs, ongoing mentorship, 24/7 clinical support, and electronic charting through Statewise. Compensation is $28–$30 per hour in the Piedmont Triad, including weekend and overnight differentials; commitment bonuses of $5,000–$10,000 are also offered depending on commitment level, along with fast-track bonus opportunities.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one pediatric home care to clients.

- Use Statewise electronic charting to document care.
