About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide one-to-one pediatric home care in Asheboro and surrounding areas in the Piedmont Triad. Nurses help children feel safe, supported, and cared for while providing care to clients with a range of acuity levels. The role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours, including daytime, evening, and overnight options. There is no weekend requirement. BAYADA provides efficient onboarding arranged around nurses’ availability, personalized paid training that includes award-winning simulation labs, skill-building for a range of clients and acuity levels, 24/7 clinical support, ongoing mentorship, and electronic charting through Statewise. The position is part of BAYADA’s home care team serving clients across the Piedmont Triad.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of North Carolina.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one pediatric home care to help children feel safe, supported, and cared for.
- Provide care to clients with a range of acuity levels.
- Document care using the Statewise electronic charting system.
