About The Position
Home Rule is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one, in-home care to patients in North Carolina. The role offers full-time and part-time shifts, including an overnight schedule from 10:15 p.m. to 7:15 a.m. Nurses provide personalized care in a stable home environment and receive paid training and access to Nurse Supervisors around the clock.
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina or a Multi-State license.
- Current CPR certification.
- A caring, compassionate, and reliable nature.

- Desire to contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
