About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring registered nurses to provide one-to-one care to clients of all ages and acuity levels in their homes. The role offers flexible scheduling, with day and overnight shifts and 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts. Full-time, part-time, and per diem arrangements are available; per diem requires four shifts per month. There is no weekend requirement. Clients with open hours are located in Orange, Westchester, and Rockland Counties and the Bronx, New York.

BAYADA supports nurses through efficient onboarding, personalized paid training including SIM labs, 24/7 clinical support, ongoing mentorship, and electronic charting using Statewise. The position pays $40–$45 per hour, with weekly pay. BAYADA also describes opportunities for career growth and development.

Requirements

• Current, valid nursing license in the United States.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• At least one year of experience working as a nurse (LPN or RN).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one nursing care to clients in their homes.

• Use the Statewise electronic charting system to document care.
