About The Position

All Heart Home Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Supervisor to support its Private Duty Nursing program throughout the Nashville Metro area. This part-time or PRN position provides clinical oversight and support for Private Duty Nursing services, including supervisory visits, clinical assessments, staff guidance, and compliance monitoring. The role involves travel throughout assigned counties and is suited to a Registered Nurse who enjoys mentoring clinical staff and supporting high-quality care for patients in their homes.

Requirements

Active Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
Ability to travel throughout the Nashville Metro area.

Nice To Haves

Private Duty Nursing experience.
Home care or pediatric nursing experience.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct supervisory visits for Private Duty Nursing patients.
Provide clinical oversight and support to LPNs and nursing staff.
Complete patient assessments and monitor quality of care.
Collaborate with physicians, families, caregivers, and office staff.
Ensure compliance with physician orders, agency policies, and state regulations.
Assist with care plan development and updates.
Review clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Identify patient concerns and implement appropriate interventions.
Support staff education and clinical competency.
