About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care provides one-to-one skilled nursing care in clients’ homes, serving clients of all ages and acuity levels. This role offers flexible scheduling, with day and overnight shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours, and assignments in Orange County, Westchester County, Rockland County, and the Bronx. There is no weekend requirement. Compensation is $40–$45 per hour, with weekly pay.

BAYADA supports nurses through efficient onboarding tailored to their availability, personalized paid training (including SIM labs), 24/7 clinical support, ongoing mentorship, and electronic charting using Statewise. Requirements

• Current, valid nursing license in the United States.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• At least one year of experience working as a nurse (LPN or RN).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one nursing care to clients in their homes.
• Care for clients of varying ages, acuity levels, and skill needs.
• Use the Statewise electronic charting system to document care.
