About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Pediatric Mental Health Clinician (LCSW or LPC) for an outpatient behavioral health practice in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing outpatient behavioral health services to children and adolescents up to age 18. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, providing individual therapy, and implementing ongoing behavioral health interventions. The clinician will collaborate with families, primary care providers, and interdisciplinary clinical teams to ensure coordinated patient care. Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and delivering evidence-based therapeutic services are key aspects of the role. The position involves managing a balanced outpatient caseload, supported by experienced administrative and clinical staff, within a mission-driven organization dedicated to increasing access to pediatric behavioral healthcare.
Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
- Experience providing behavioral health services to pediatric patients.
- Ability to perform behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, and psychotherapy.
- Strong communication and family-centered care skills.
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary outpatient team.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavioral healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient behavioral health services for children and adolescents up to age 18.
