About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Pediatric Mental Health Clinician (LCSW or LPC) for an integrated outpatient pediatric behavioral health program in Allentown, Pennsylvania. This role is within a mission-driven organization committed to improving access to pediatric mental health services. The clinician will join an integrated outpatient pediatric behavioral health program serving children and adolescents through age 18, providing behavioral health assessments, counseling, and individualized treatment planning. The position offers a sustainable patient schedule averaging up to 10 patients per day and involves collaboration with pediatric providers and an experienced multidisciplinary care team.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania LCSW or LPC License REQUIRED
- Strong Assessment, Counseling, And Treatment Planning Skills REQUIRED
- Commitment To Patient-Centered, Team-Based Care REQUIRED

Responsibilities
