About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for Union Community Care in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan, managing acute and chronic medical conditions with an emphasis on preventive medicine and wellness. The physician will practice within a collaborative care model supported by Advanced Practice Providers, nursing, and administrative staff. The position offers 32 hours of direct patient care and eight hours of protected administrative time each week, utilizing Athena EMR for efficient patient care. The goal is to help improve access to healthcare within a mission-driven community health organization.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Eligible for unrestricted Pennsylvania medical licensure.
- Commitment to providing comprehensive outpatient primary care.
- Strong communication and collaborative team-based care skills.
- New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.
