About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Bilingual Physician Assistant for an established outpatient primary care organization in Los Angeles, California. This is a mission-driven role serving diverse and underserved communities, providing acute care visits through a telemedicine care model while working onsite. The ideal candidate will deliver complete patient assessments in both English and Spanish without an interpreter, manage a high-volume outpatient practice supported by an experienced clinical team, and make a meaningful impact while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.

Requirements

• NCCPA Certified Physician Assistant REQUIRED
• Active California Physician Assistant License REQUIRED
• Minimum One Year Of Urgent Care Experience After Certification REQUIRED
• Fluent In English And Spanish REQUIRED (Must Conduct Entire Visit Without Interpreter)
• Strong Primary Care Assessment And Clinical Decision-Making Skills REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat acute primary care conditions
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments in English and Spanish
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe appropriate therapies
• Educate patients on preventive care and disease management
• Document encounters accurately within the EMR
