About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Women's Mental Health Clinician (LCSW or LPC) for an integrated outpatient women's health program in Allentown, Pennsylvania. This mission-driven organization is focused on improving access to behavioral healthcare and offers a collaborative care model where you will work alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and behavioral health professionals. The role involves delivering comprehensive mental health assessments, counseling, and treatment planning, managing a sustainable patient schedule of up to 10 patients per day.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania LCSW or LPC License REQUIRED
- Strong Assessment, Counseling, And Treatment Planning Skills REQUIRED
- Commitment To Patient-Centered, Team-Based Care REQUIRED

- Experience Treating Women's Behavioral Health Populations Preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral health assessments and psychotherapy for women's health patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Coordinate care with primary care and women's health providers
