About The Position
Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a registered nurse to provide home health care to medically complex pediatric patients in the Brigham City area. The role offers the opportunity to focus on one child at a time in a supportive setting, with a team of nurses available 24/7. Nurses provide care in patients’ homes and travel between Cache and Box Elder Counties. The position is offered for full-time or part-time work on nights or days, with flexible scheduling.
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nursing License within the State of Utah.
- Active BLS certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for commuting to patient locations.
Nice To Haves
- One or more years of healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to the pediatric patients served.
- Manage the patient’s daily care while adhering to clinical guidelines set by the provider.
- Log clinical notes daily in the Kantime EMR system.
- Travel between Cache and Box Elder Counties to patient locations.
