About The Position

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a nurse to provide in-home care to pediatric patients in the Ogden–Layton area of Davis County. The role involves caring for medically complex pediatric patients and providing personalized support to patients and families. The schedule is nights, with full-time and part-time options available.

The nurse manages the patient’s daily care in accordance with clinical guidelines set by the provider and records clinical notes each day in the Kantime EMR system. Amazing Care describes its work culture as grounded in compassion, accountability, teamwork, integrity, and excellence.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nursing license in the State of Utah.
• Active BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for commuting to the patient’s location.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of healthcare experience, preferably with tracheostomy or ventilator care; this experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to the population served.
• Manage the patient’s daily care while adhering to clinical guidelines set by the provider.
• Log clinical notes daily in the Kantime EMR system.
