About The Position
Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a nurse to provide home health care to medically complex pediatric patients in the Logan area. The role provides an opportunity to focus on one child at a time in a supportive setting, with a nursing team available 24/7. Nurses help manage patients’ daily care while following provider-set clinical guidelines and document clinical notes in the Kantime electronic medical record system. Travel between Cache and Box Elder Counties is required. Full-time or part-time night or day schedules are available.
Requirements
- Valid practical or registered nursing license in the State of Utah.
- Active BLS certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for commuting to patient locations.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of healthcare experience; preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to the population served.
- Manage the patient’s daily care while adhering to clinical guidelines set by the provider.
- Log clinical notes daily in the Kantime EMR system.
- Travel between Cache and Box Elder Counties to patient locations.
