LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse
About The Position
Angels of Care Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Jacksonville, North Carolina, and surrounding areas. Nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents, primarily in their homes, following the active plan of care provided by the physician and other appropriate personnel. The role is available full-time or part-time, with day, night, and weekend shifts. New graduates are welcome, and training is provided. Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
- Ability to provide care in a client’s home setting.
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.

Responsibilities
- Provide care to infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their homes according to the active plan of care.
- Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordinate care.
- Educate family members about patient clinical care to support positive outcomes.
- Use preventative initiatives to protect the quality of patient care.
