About The Position

Home Heart Florida is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to a pediatric patient in the patient's home in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The nurse will follow the patient’s plan of care and provide case-specific support, including bolus feeds, medication administration, and constant supervision related to allergies. The listed shifts are Saturday from 11 AM to 4 PM and Sunday from 3 PM to 11 PM. Nurses are matched with families based on clinical experience, personality, location, and schedule. A nurse-led clinical team is available for support, and the company offers a streamlined onboarding process. If an RN has at least one year of pediatric and home care experience, they may ask about providing RN education to a nearby family for an increased rate.

Requirements

• Active Florida RN or LPN license.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with the clinical skills listed for the case, when required.
• Dependable, communicative, and comfortable working independently in the home.
• Reliable transportation.
• English language required.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of pediatric experience and home care experience for RNs interested in providing RN education to a family for an increased rate.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care according to the patient's plan of care.
