About The Position
Home Heart Florida is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to a pediatric patient in the patient’s home in Greenacres, Florida. The case requires G-tube clinical skills and Spanish speaking ability. The listed shift is Monday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Nurses are matched with families based on clinical experience, personality, location, and schedule. A nurse-led clinical team is available for support, and the company aims to move qualified nurses through onboarding quickly. For RNs with at least one year of pediatric and home care experience, the company invites applicants to ask about providing RN education to a nearby family for an increased rate. Other shifts may be available according to patient needs, potentially including days, nights, weekends, or overnight care.
Requirements
- Active Florida RN or LPN license.
- BLS certification.
- Experience with the clinical skills listed for the case, when required; this case lists G-tube skills.
- Spanish speaking.
- Dependable, communicative, and comfortable working independently in the home.
- Reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of pediatric experience and home care experience for RNs interested in providing RN education to a family for an increased rate.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care according to the patient's plan of care.
