LPN/RN Pediatric Home Care
About The Position
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring LPNs and RNs to provide compassionate, one-on-one pediatric nursing care in patients’ homes. Nurses care for one patient at a time, with consistent schedules and long-term cases that support lasting relationships with patients and families. The role offers flexible scheduling and support from the Phoenix clinical team. Compensation is based on experience, with weekly pay and premium pay for weekday overnights (+$2/hour), weekend days (+$3/hour), and weekend overnights (+$4/hour). Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. The company also offers paid training, ongoing clinical support, and mileage reimbursement where applicable.
Requirements
- Active Missouri RN or LPN license, or a Compact license.
- Strong assessment and communication skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one nursing care in patients’ homes.
- Administer and manage medications.
- Monitor and document patient conditions.
- Perform treatments as ordered by the physician.
- Educate, encourage, and support family members.
- Work with the Phoenix clinical team to provide care.
