About The Position

Home Heart Florida is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to provide one-on-one pediatric nursing care in the home setting. The role involves building a meaningful relationship with the patient and their family, supported by a nurse-led clinical team. The onboarding process is designed to be simple and efficient, allowing qualified nurses to begin cases quickly. While the primary shift is Monday to Friday 9 AM-5 PM, available shifts can vary based on patient needs and may include days, nights, weekends, or overnight care. There is an opportunity for RNs with 1 year of pediatric and home care experience to provide RN education to a family for an increased rate.

Requirements

• Active Florida RN or LPN license
• BLS certification
• Experience with GTube and AGS
• Dependable, communicative, and comfortable working independently in the home
• Reliable transportation
• 1 year of Pediatric Experience (for RN education opportunity)
• 1 year of Home Care Experience (for RN education opportunity)

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care according to the patient's plan of care
