LPN/RN Pediatric Home Care
About The Position
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring LPNs and RNs to provide compassionate, one-on-one pediatric nursing care in patients’ homes. Nurses care for one patient at a time, with consistent schedules and long-term cases that support lasting relationships with patients and families. The position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to work close to home, with paid training and ongoing clinical support. Pay is competitive and based on experience, with weekly pay and premium pay of an additional $2 per hour for weekday overnights, $3 per hour for weekend days, and $4 per hour for weekend overnights. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Mileage reimbursement applies where applicable. Requirements
- Active Missouri RN or LPN license, or a Compact license.
- Strong assessment and communication skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, one-on-one nursing care in patients’ homes.
- Administer and manage medications.
- Monitor and document patient conditions.
- Perform treatments as ordered by the physician.
- Educate, encourage, and support family members.
- Work alongside the Phoenix clinical team to provide exceptional care.
