About The Position
We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for a pediatric primary care practice in Buckhead. The practice has operated for over 75 years and has four locations throughout Metro Atlanta. This is a full-time position at 455 East Paces Ferry Rd NE, Ste 212, Atlanta, GA 30305. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch, plus a rotating Saturday shift from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Requirements
- Active medical assistant certification is required.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with computers and other office equipment.
- Basic typing and keyboard skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in pediatrics is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Check patients’ vital signs.
- Give vaccinations as needed.
- Enter patient demographics and test result information into record systems.
- Perform additional clerical duties as required.
