About The Position

IntegriCare is seeking a compassionate, reliable PCA or CNA to provide in-home care for a pediatric client in Temple, GA. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, supporting the patient’s well-being, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. The position is part-time and scheduled for 24 hours per week, with hours that fluctuate according to the caregiver’s schedule and the family’s needs. An example schedule is Monday–Wednesday, 4:30 PM–8:30 PM, and Thursday–Friday, 4:00 PM–10:00 PM; this schedule may change. Pay is $16 per hour for a CNA and $13 per hour for a PCA. Completing the prescreen survey is required as the first step in the hiring process; applications without it will not be considered.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of PCA or CNA experience.
• Experience caring for medically fragile children.
• Reliable car.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependability and attention to detail.
• Completion of the required prescreen survey.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping duties.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Prepare and serve meals.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Accurately chart and clock in and out using the EMR system.
• Provide emotional support to the patient and family.
