About The Position

Spring Oak Warrenton is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join its assisted living team. The role provides resident-centered assistance with personal care and daily activities, supports residents according to their service plans, observes and reports changes in condition, documents care, and helps maintain a clean and safe environment. Full-time and part-time positions are available in Warrenton, Virginia, at $20 per hour.

Requirements

• Current Virginia CNA certification or completion of applicable PCA training.
• Completion of required training for the position.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Compassion, patience, and an understanding of the aging process.
• Dependability and the ability to work collaboratively with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and other daily activities according to their service plans.
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and respectful, resident-centered care.
• Observe changes in residents’ conditions and promptly report concerns to nursing staff.
• Document care provided and communicate updates that support resident service plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members.
