About The Position

The PC Technician Internship runs from June through December 2027. The intern will support technology used throughout the Monroe Fulfillment and Bakery facilities, working alongside the Senior PC Technician to maintain computer equipment, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to employees. The role offers hands-on experience with PCs, software, printers, scanning equipment, and other technology used in facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot PCs, software, printers, and related peripheral equipment.
• Diagnose hardware-, software-, and network-related issues and take appropriate steps to resolve them.
• Support users with Windows operating systems and Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Install software updates, configure equipment, and document service requests and resolutions in HALO.
• Maintain RF scanning equipment, printer maintenance records, network connections, and PC replacement parts.
• Create written procedures and coordinate with the Help Desk, vendors, and other partners when additional support is needed.
