About The Position
The PBX Operator is responsible for operating a multiple-call telephone switchboard system, providing routine information, and routing calls to the appropriate person or location. This role also involves operating the facility-wide paging system and responding to codes and alarms in a timely manner. Furthermore, the operator will utilize Emergency Communication equipment to communicate with hospital staff across all locations, as well as local and state agencies.
Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

- 1 year PBX experience
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
Responsibilities
