Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills and in accordance with federal and state laws including FLSA, and under moderate supervision from Payroll leadership, responsible for performing a variety of analytical, clerical, payroll responsibilities related to timekeeping and payroll functions for Corewell Health System and its team members. Be a resource and provide assistance to departments and team members with the timekeeping and Human Capital Management system (HCM), including direct deposit, tax forms and pay slip view. Deciphers Corewell policies, pay practices and FLSA compliance. Be an integral part of the operations within the Payroll department to achieve accurate and timely payrolls while demonstrating excellent customer service to customers (team members) of Corewell Health.
